They've all heard the
news about your wedding…now your friends and relatives
are just waiting to see what wedding invitation they'll receive.
Your wedding invitation not only announces the date, time, place
and hosts of your ceremony, they also set the tone for
your entire celebration! So whether your theme is
classic and traditional, unique and trendy, bright and
colorful, or absolutely YOU, we will have an wedding invitation
- or several - to match the occasion! And with your
choice of wording, lettering style, ink color and lined
inner envelope color, you will add your distinctive
flair to the most ornate wedding invitation or to the most
simply elegant panel.
A wedding
Invitation should be sent out at least four weeks
before the ceremony so guests will have time to respond.
Quantity ordered should reflect the number of mailings,
not the number of guests. Tissues are included with each
wedding invitation.
Be sure to pay attention to the notation in the
wedding invitation description that tells you the measurements
of the invitation - and whether or not the invitation is
a basic (one-panel) card, a simple folder card or an
invitation with a more complex fold. These details will
be conveyed clearly in the description of each
wedding invitation. To be sure of the sizing on an invitation
that interests you, use a ruler to mark out the
measurements indicated.

You thought setting a
budget was difficult - just wait until you start
finalizing your guest list! But remember, even though
you can't possibly invite everyone to your wedding, you
can let everyone share in your joyful news by sending
out wedding announcements. Any wedding invitation style offered
by us will announce your wedding beautifully with only a
slight change in your wording. So choose a style that's
more fanciful, more formal or exactly the same as your
wedding invitation. Ask someone to be in charge of
mailing your announcements immediately after your
ceremony, and let those special people know about your
exciting news right away!

Envelopes - just for
addressing and mailing your wedding invitation, right? WRONG!
With us, even your envelopes can be an expression of
your style and can coordinate with your wedding's theme,
spirit and color scheme! Plain inner and outer envelopes
are included with every invitation order. Be sure to
order an extra 25 envelopes in case of addressing
errors.
Lined Inner Envelopes - For an extra touch of class for
a minimal charge, choose a lined inner envelope in a
shade that matches your ink color and invitation design.
Lined inner envelopes replace the plain inner envelopes
included with invitations. Available liner colors are
listed with each wedding invitation description.
Printed Outer Envelopes - Since you are probably already
busy beyond belief, have your outer envelopes
pre-printed with your return address in the same
lettering style and ink color as your wedding invitation! The
small extra charge will be worth the time you'll save.

You've invited 200
guests. You think 150 of them will be able to attend.
Your caterer plans accordingly and your wedding day
arrives.
Nightmare #1: Only 110 guests attend your celebration.
At $10.00 a plate, you've wasted $400.00 and will be
eating leftover turkey and wedding cake for a month!
Nightmare #2: All 200 guests attend. When the last guest
reaches your buffet line, all that is left…pickles and
mints!
As you can see, an accurate guest count is very
important when planning your reception, and response
cards are an easy way to get that accurate count and
save you money and embarrassment. Response cards are
enclosed with your wedding invitation Guests return them to
you by the date indicated on the card, usually two weeks
before the wedding, informing you if they will attend.
If you are offering a choice of entrée, include the
choices on the card and guests can mark their
preference.
Our response cards include mailing envelopes printed
with your return address. That makes it easy for
you (no additional addressing on these envelopes) and
easy for your guests (they won't have to worry about
where to send their responses). It's wise and thoughtful
to put a stamp on each response envelope. The return
address on the envelope should reflect who will be
compiling the guest count. Generally the cards are
returned to the hosts of the wedding. However, if your
parents are hosting but you are taking care of the
details, the response cards can certainly be returned to
your address.

Stop worrying about how
to invite guests to all of your wedding events!
Enclosure cards that match your invitations may be
printed with wording...
* inviting your family, friends and wedding party to
the wedding breakfast
* letting your guests know where the reception is and
what time the dance begins
* welcoming guests to your gift opening.
So relax - We make it easy for you to organize and
invite guests to numerous events at the same time you
mail your invitation - while saving postage!
When Ordering: Remember that enclosure cards need no
envelopes because they are enclosed with your
invitations.

Need to send notes to
important people in your wedding but don't want to use
plain paper? Choose our informal cards designed to
coordinate with your invitations. These cards may be
printed in the same ink color (for a slight charge) and
lettering style as your invitation, and recipients will
know that wedding news is enclosed inside. Your names
are printed on the front of the folder card, allowing
space inside for notes. Consider these personalization
options and uses:
With the bride's name, they are perfect before the
wedding for...
* notifying your bridesmaids about the bridesmaids'
luncheon
* correspondence with the wedding party about events and
responsibilities
* writing the florist, caterer, photographer, etc., to
firm up agreements and details
* writing notes of thanks for shower gifts.
Printed with both of your names, they are useful after
the wedding when...
* writing your appreciation for wedding gifts
* inviting guests to your first dinner at your new home
* sending notes to colleagues, friends and loved ones
anytime!
However you personalize them, order plenty of informals
and remember your wedding every time you use them in the
years to come! Matching envelopes are included with all
informals. If you order translucent informals, remember
to use permanent ink when writing to prevent smearing.

Inform friends and
relatives where you will be living after the wedding by
printing your new address on at home cards. Also print
the date after which you will be moving in case guests
would like to mail wedding gifts or good wishes to you.
At home cards match your invitation ensemble and are
enclosed with your wedding invitation, so mailing envelopes are
not necessary. For pricing, see the "Enclosure" price
line in the invitation price grids.

Many brides ask us:
"What IS the difference between soft white, bright white
and ecru paper?" We've described each paper color below.
Each wedding invitation lists the paper color in the
description.
Soft White - Soft white wedding invitation, like white
wedding gowns, have been the traditional choice of
brides for years because of their soft hue and ability
to complement other colors.
Bright White - Our bright white invitation is
the ultimate in whites...so crisp and pure they will
light up guests' eyes!
Ecru - Creamy and warm, ecru wedding invitation has
always been a socially correct choice. Their versatility
makes them perfect for weddings with either white or
off-white color schemes. |
