Etiquette suggests NOT using a reply card.
Your guests are supposed to hand write their reply to you in letter
form. I must tell you I have yet to do a stationery package without
a reply card. Meaning reply cards are 100% of the time used.
If you choose to use a reply card. There are many ways to do this.

to offer a food choice for your guests to
add a number to? For instance if you are serving beef and fish, you
can write in detail what kind of beef and fish you are offering your
guests. They can then add their quantity needed of the specific
food they would like to have. Following is only one example of reply
